How can a club get involved?
If your club is interested in offering a placement to a Step Into Sport young leader and can meet the criteria listed below, please complete a placement opportunity form.

To become a volunteer placement opportunity your club must meet the following criteria:
- The club must be affiliated to the National Governing Body
- The head coach must be a Level 2 coach or above
- The club must have a child protection policy
- All coaches/volunteers must be CRB checked
There are many benefits to a club getting involved in accepting placement students from the Step Into sport Programme. These include:
- Sustainable supply of volunteers
- Volunteers who have received leadership training
- Assist in creating links with local schools
- Access to training opportunities
- Greater awareness of the club
