Main Purpose of the Role:
|
To assist with the clubs coaching sessions |
|
Duties:
|
- To work with the Head Coach in the preparation and running of each session.
- To ensure that the training facilities and equipment are safe
- To promote fair play
- To ensure that all participants are included tin the sessions
- Ensure that you are aware of any medical conditions or special needs of the participants
- Ensure that you have access to participants emergency contact details at every session
- To travel to competitions with the teams if applicable
- To inform the Head Coach in advance of any sessions that you cannot attend.
- To follow the clubs policies on equity, conduct and confidentiality
- Report accidents / incidents according to club procedures
- Promote clubs codes of conduct
- Follow and promote the clubs Child Protection policy
- To be responsible for your own development and seek advice where appropriate
