Shape Up Notts! is a campaign to get Nottinghamshire people fit, active, doing more sport and leading healthier lives.
The campaign is run through the website www.sportnottinghamshire.co.uk with media support from the Evening Post and various other sources.
By registering for free on the website, you will be able to:

- Set and review targets for yourself
- Maintain your motivation
- Join groups and compare activity levels with friends, family and colleagues

Why does Notts need to Shape Up?
Only 1 in 5 of us is doing enough exercise, and half of Nottinghamshire’s adult population do no exercise at all!

- Add 30 minutes to your routine. Just 30 minutes more could be your first step to a healthy, active and successful lifestyle
